We're here to help.
STEMpathi: Equation Explorer is a visual algebra app for children. It works offline, has no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and keeps progress on your device.
Contact
Email r2k8@sripathi.one. We reply within a few days. Please include your phone model, Android version and the app version shown in Settings. Do not include a child's name, photo or school.
Common questions
Progress disappeared
Progress is stored only on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it; updating the app does not. A phone backup or transfer may not carry it over.
Something looks wrong on my phone
Tell us the chapter and what you tapped. A screenshot helps. Landscape and night mode are supported; if a screen clips, say which one.
A maths answer seems wrong
Send the exact equation shown at the top of the lesson and the move you made. Every answer is checked exactly, so this is the fastest way for us to find the cause.
How do I start over?
Learner setup can be changed from the app's setup screen. To erase all progress and settings, clear the app's storage in Android Settings › Apps › STEMpathi › Storage; this cannot be undone.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Request a refund from your Google Play order history; Google's refund policy applies.
Privacy
Read the privacy policy. We never ask for a child's name or any personal details.
